1) Whenever PC starts this websites opens automatically. And it will be full screen mode. You will have no access to windows button, control key will not work as well. Press ALT+TAB
2) LIBRARY folder will open automatically before webpages open. When you press ALT+TAB you should have an option to navigate to LIB directory.
3) Type cmd on the address bar and press Enter.
4) Navigate to %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe, and then press ENTER.
5) Restore.
